You'll make a difference by:

Manage helpdesk related queries Comprise yourself with recent policy changes and any updates within the organization Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs Supporting AskHR team as a front face in handling Siemens queries on policies and procedures Going the extra mile to achieve first time resolution ensuring employees have an exceptional customer service.

Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2yr-3yrs years in HR Services or Shared Services environment. Work experience on tools such as Workday and Service now tools to guide employees with their queries Have a proactive approach in resolving employee queries Ensure the user experience is enhanced
