About the Role

JLT Works is urgently hiring Outbound Calling Associates for our Amazon Seller Onboarding Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and motivated individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer engagement and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

oConduct outbound calls to potential sellers for Amazon onboarding.

oExplain the benefits of joining Amazon's seller platform.

oCollect, verify, and update seller details in compliance with onboarding guidelines.

oMaintain accurate logs of all communications and follow-up actions.

oCoordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding of sellers.

Candidate Requirements

oMinimum Qualification: 10+2 (Graduates preferred)

oExperience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling is a plus

oLanguages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

oSkills:

oStrong verbal communication

oBasic computer and typing skills

oPositive attitude and willingness to learn

oProcess: Amazon Seller Onboarding / Lead Generation

oShift Timing: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
