Responsibilities

Make and receive calls from patients and providers Verify

insurance eligibility, benefits, prior authorization

, and coverage details Enter and maintain accurate patient data in systems Track and update new patient referrals Communicate with physicians, providers, and internal teams Maintain referral logs, scheduling lists, and documentation Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies Perform admin tasks including faxing, data entry, and document updates

Qualifications

Graduate in any field 6-12 months experience in EVBV / RCM / US Healthcare preferred -- however,

freshers

with strong English communication skills are also welcome to apply Good computer & softphone handling skills Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability Knowledge of insurance portals like Availity, NaviNet is a plus.
