- Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
-Maintain detailed records in credentialing database and track upcoming renewals and expiration dates.
-Manage provider enrollments for Medicare and Medicaid across all states.
-Update and maintain CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES profiles for providers, ensuring timely attestations.
-Participate in weekly/biweekly client meetings to discuss application status and address concerns.
-Generate regular reports on credentialing activities, turnaround times, and pending items.
-Assist providers and staff with credentialing - related inquiries and resolution of issues.
-Follow up consistently on pending applications and outstanding documentations.
-Handle demographic updates and changes in provider information.
