Responsibilities:
Handle daily finance operations and billing tasks.
Track payments and manage customer accounts.
Work on tools like
Zendesk
,
Salesforce
, and
Zuora
.
Maintain data accuracy and perform reconciliations.
Prepare simple reports in
Excel
(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in
finance operations
,
accounts receivable
, or
billing support
.
Knowledge of
Zendesk/Salesforce
and
Zuora
preferred.
Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
