Job Title:

Process Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Assess project requirements, define scope, and coordinate with the Project Manager. Develop conceptual and preliminary Basis of Design (BOD) documents and process flow diagrams. Prepare process data sheets, perform process calculations, and define equipment specifications (Reactors, Tanks, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, etc.). Review supplier offers, technical documents, and participate in HAZOP studies. Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. Coordinate with architecture and engineering disciplines; attend client and project meetings. Guide and review work of the process design team, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables. Support development of company design standards and mentor junior staff. Conduct site visits to resolve project issues.

Managerial & Interpersonal:

Liaise with clients, system suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrate leadership, team management, and strong communication skills. * Work effectively in fast-paced environments with a focus on quality and deadlines.
