Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated

Chemical / Petrochemical Engineers

with a

Master's degree or Ph.D.

who are fresh out of academic or research environments and interested in building a career in

process analytics, modeling, and engineering applications

.


The role involves working on data-driven process analysis, simulation, optimization, and development of engineering solutions for industrial systems, particularly in the chemical, petrochemical, and process industries.

Qualifications

Master's Degree or Ph.D. in

Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related disciplines

Fresh graduates or recent Ph.D. / Master's researchers are encouraged to apply Strong foundation in: + Chemical process engineering and thermodynamics
+ Transport phenomena and reaction engineering
+ Process modeling and simulation

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Familiarity with one or more of the following: + Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus / gPROMS / ChemCAD or similar tools
+ MATLAB / Python or other scientific computing tools
+ Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or machine learning is a plus
Understanding of: + Process monitoring, optimization, and control concepts
+ Industrial process data (time series, sensor data, operating parameters)

Key Responsibilities

:


Support development of

process analytics, simulation, and optimization models

Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Assist in building digital models of industrial processes (steady-state and dynamic) Work with senior engineers and data scientists to translate research concepts into practical engineering solutions Document models, methodologies, and results in a clear and structured manner
