Qualifications
Master's Degree or Ph.D. in
Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related disciplines
Fresh graduates or recent Ph.D. / Master's researchers are encouraged to apply
Strong foundation in:
+ Chemical process engineering and thermodynamics
+ Transport phenomena and reaction engineering
+ Process modeling and simulation
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Familiarity with one or more of the following:
+ Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus / gPROMS / ChemCAD or similar tools
+ MATLAB / Python or other scientific computing tools
+ Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or machine learning is a plus Understanding of:
+ Process monitoring, optimization, and control concepts
+ Industrial process data (time series, sensor data, operating parameters)
Key Responsibilities
:
Support development of
process analytics, simulation, and optimization models
Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Assist in building digital models of industrial processes (steady-state and dynamic)
Work with senior engineers and data scientists to translate research concepts into practical engineering solutions
Document models, methodologies, and results in a clear and structured manner
