for Process Analyst - IT SAM & Compliance
:
Primary Skillset: Software Asset Management / Compliance / ITSM
Level: Process Associate
Full time/Part time: Full-Time
Location: Chennai, TN / Bangalore, KA.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably from Computer Science/Mathematics/Accounts/Electronics /
Telecommunication) with 0-2 years of experience in IT asset management operations or service
desk.
Requirements:
Support day-to-day operations of client-supplied software asset lifecycle.
Handle software-related requests, queries from internal teams, projects, clients and spread
process awareness.
Ensure accurate processing of software Inventorization, documentation and audit support
activities.
Maintain and update Excel-based reports for tracking and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow standard procedures.
Required Expertise:
Basic proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint and accuracy in documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Understanding of IT asset lifecycle and compliance workflows.
Special Skillsets:
Familiarity with ServiceNow and request workflows.
Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining team harmony.
Flexible to work in shifts and eager to learn.
Exposure to tools like ServiceNow or internal request platforms is a plus.
Ability to escalate issues and contribute to reporting and feedback cycles.
