About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic Process team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls /chats efficiently.

-Resolve customer queries accurately and with empathy.

-Provide timely and relevant information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

-Adhere to company processes, policies, and performance standards.

Required Skills:

-Excellent verbal and written

communication skills in English

.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

-Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.

-Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Qualifications

:

-Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any discipline).

-Prior experience in BPO or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
