Job Title: Banking Customer Support (UK BPO)

Location: Sector 62, Noida (In-Person Role)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Voice Process Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process) who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer support in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries with efficiency and professionalism

Deliver outstanding service aligned with international standards

Communicate clearly and empathetically to resolve concerns

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an International BPO (Voice Process)

Candidates with over 8 years of experience will not be considered

Graduation is mandatory

Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable with rotational shifts (5 working days/week)

Salary: ?45,000 - ?65,000 per month (based on experience)
