Roles and Responsibilities 1. Canvasing and sourcing of New Customers to increase gold loan 2. Oversee the Branch Operations 3. Customer Relationship and Follow-up. 4. Revenue generations through Cross Selling products & Interest Collection 5. Maintenance of important registers and daily reports 6. Cash Management and accounting 7. Cross selling of all products and increase in walk-in of the branch. 8. Handling HNI Customers. 9. Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch. 10.Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.
