Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:

Plan and implement PR strategies, and develop communication goals tailored for the rural context.

Content creation:

Write and produce press releases, articles, brochures, and other publicity materials that are relevant to a rural audience.

Media relations:

Monitor local and regional media, respond to inquiries from media outlets, and build relationships with local journalists.

Event management:

Organize and manage events such as press conferences, workshops, and community outreach programs in rural areas.

Community outreach:

Run campaigns to inform the community about social surveys, development projects, and available government schemes.

Digital communication:

Manage and update the organization's website and social media channels, engaging with the rural community online.

Reputation management:

Build and maintain goodwill by publicizing achievements and handling public inquiries and negative publicity effectively.

Coordination:

Work with internal teams, local government bodies, NGOs, and other agencies to coordinate efforts for projects and community development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
