Promote hospital services, doctors, and specialty clinics Organize

medical camps, OPD promotions, health check-up camps

Coordinate with

corporates, industries, schools, colleges

for tie-ups Increase

OPD footfall and admissions

2? Doctor & Referral Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with

referring doctors, clinics, labs

Regular visits and follow-ups with referral partners Track and improve

referral patient inflow

Handle feedback and concerns from referring doctors
3? Community & Field Marketing

Conduct

field visits

, pamphlet distribution, and awareness programs Represent hospital at

health awareness events, exhibitions, camps

Identify new areas for hospital promotion Collect local market intelligence & competitor analysis
4? Corporate & Insurance Coordination

Approach corporates for

health check-ups & empanelment

Assist in

TPA / insurance tie-ups

Coordinate cashless facility awareness with HR teams Support corporate billing & follow-up if needed
5? Digital & Brand Promotion (Support Role)

Coordinate with digital team for: Social media promotions Google listings & reviews Online campaigns Promote hospital brand image and service quality Ensure correct hospital information is shared everywhere
6? Event & Camp Management

Plan, promote, and execute: Ortho camps Eye camps General health camps Manage logistics, banners, posters, and patient registration Ensure post-camp follow-up of patients
7? Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily visit reports Track: OPD growth Admissions Camp conversion rates Submit weekly & monthly marketing performance reports
8? Patient Feedback & Service Support

Collect patient feedback related to services & doctors Coordinate with hospital departments for issue resolution Support patient counseling when required
9? Ethics & Compliance

Follow hospital policies and ethical marketing practices No false commitments or misleading promotions Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital data
