A Hospital PRO acts as a link between patients, families, doctors, and hospital management. The role focuses on patient assistance, communication, and maintaining the hospital's public image by ensuring smooth coordination and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and guide patients and patient party within the hospital
Assist patients / patient party with registration, appointments, and billing queries
Coordinate between patients / patient party, doctors, and hospital departments
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns politely
Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies
Support admission, discharge, and insurance coordination processes
Maintain proper records and follow hospital protocols
Help improve patient satisfaction and hospital reputation
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, calm, and patient-friendly attitude
Problem-solving and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Professional appearance and behavior
Qualification:
Graduate or BHM passed
MHA will be an added advantage
Experience: 1 - 2 years in Hospital Industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
