Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Marketing Department

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, relatives, corporates, and referral doctors. Act as the hospital's representative for patient support, community engagement, and marketing activities. Support the

Marketing Department

with branding, hospital promotions, health camps, and outreach initiatives. Handle patient feedback, concerns, and grievances with professionalism and empathy. Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient services and satisfaction. Assist in generating leads, increasing patient footfall, and enhancing hospital visibility.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream (Hospital Administration / Marketing preferred). 1-3 years of experience as a PRO in healthcare, hospitality, or marketing (hospital experience preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive situations. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
