Job Description

Patient Acquisition & Outreach
Develop and implement strategies to increase patient footfall through targeted marketing, camps, and outreach programs.
Build and manage relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, and referring doctors to drive referrals.
Tie-up with GP Doctor , Clinics ,Ambulance Community, Pharmacy , and health NGOs.
Marketing & Branding Support
Coordinate local awareness campaigns (online/offline) to position the hospital as a pediatric surgical leader.
Plan and manage digital promotions, social media activity, and local listings in collaboration with agencies or internal teams.
Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups
Initiate partnerships with nursing homes or small clinics for referred surgical care.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track ROI on campaigns, referrals, and business leads.
Report monthly targets, revenue impact, and new initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven business development experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or healthcare services.
Strong local market knowledge of Hyderabad healthcare ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and ethical in handling healthcare relationships.
