Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) - Hospital

Job Purpose:

To identify potential patients, build strong relationships, and generate patient referrals and business for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential patients, referral sources, and corporate clients Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and community groups Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors Coordinate patient inquiries, appointments, and admissions Follow up with patients and referral partners to ensure satisfaction Achieve monthly and quarterly patient acquisition targets Collect market feedback and report competitor activity Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales, marketing, or healthcare relationship experience preferred Ability to build trust and close leads Basic knowledge of hospital services and processes Willingness to travel locally Performance Metrics: Number of leads generated Patient conversions/admissions Referral partner growth Revenue contribution
