Maintain professional relationships with customers and authorities
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and requests
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English

Previous experience in
PRO / CRM / customer service
is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
