Position: Parent Relationship Manager
Department: Admissions / Marketing
Reporting To: Principal / Management
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student admissions end-to-end (enquiry, follow-up, counselling, closure).
Interact with parents professionally, explain school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
Maintain daily enquiry & admission records and update admission trackers.
Perform regular follow-ups with prospective parents through calls, Whats App, and
walk-ins.
Plan and execute promotional activities.
Coordinate and support school events, open houses, and admission campaigns.
Work closely with the academic and admin team to meet admission targets.
Handle parent queries, concerns, and feedback politely and effectively.
Prepare daily / weekly admission & promotion activity reports.
Support branding and visibility activities as assigned by management.
Be flexible to work on weekends or holidays during peak admission season and whenever needed.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).
Strong convincing and counselling ability.
Pleasing personality with a parent-friendly approach.
Willingness to do field work and outdoor promotions.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Experience in school admissions / sales / customer relationship preferred.
Immediate joiners only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
