We are looking for a Patient Relationship Manager to enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and hospital departments. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact for patients, addressing concerns, improving service quality, and strengthening patient trust in the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for patients and their attendants during hospital visits and admissions
Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation, admission, and discharge
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and support departments
Handle patient complaints, feedback, and grievances professionally
Counsel patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and policies
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Support doctors during OPD/IPD coordination when required
Assist in VIP patient handling and special cases
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities
Patient-focused and empathetic approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Good coordination and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Excel, Word)
