Company Description We Help Find Students and Teacher Each Other. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Home/Private Tutor located in Varanasi. The Home/Private Tutor will be responsible for providing academic support to students of all ages, creating personalized lesson plans, monitoring student progress, and communicating with parents and teachers. Qualifications Strong knowledge of subject matter (Maths, Science, Language Arts, etc.) Experience in teaching or tutoring Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to create personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Patience and ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Education, the subject matter of focus or related field Experience in teaching students with learning difficulties is a plus
