We are seeking a results-oriented

OEM / Private Labelling Manager

to lead and expand our contract manufacturing and private label partnerships in domestic and international markets.

Job Summary:

As the

OEM / Private Labelling Manager

, you will be responsible for identifying potential private label clients, managing end-to-end project execution (from product concept to delivery), and building long-term B2B relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams including production, quality, design, and logistics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new

OEM/private label clients

across healthcare industries. Understand client requirements and coordinate custom product development. Work with design and production teams to ensure brand-specific needs are met. Manage timelines, quotations, costings, and contract terms for each project. Ensure compliance with regulatory and labeling guidelines (domestic and export). Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent account management. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate logistics, packaging, and product certifications as per client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field. 3+ years of experience in

OEM/private labeling

or

contract manufacturing

. Strong understanding of B2B sales, supply chain, and product customization workflows. Excellent project management and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Regulatory Guidelines of medical devices is a plus
