Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare
daily vegetarian meals
(Indian + international cuisines).
Create
weekly menu plans
aligned with family preferences and dietary requirements.
Ensure all meals are cooked fresh, hygienically, and with a balance of nutrition and taste.
Manage kitchen operations, including
grocery shopping, inventory, and storage
.
Maintain the highest standards of
cleanliness and food safety
in the kitchen.
Introduce
new and innovative vegetarian recipes
to bring variety to meals.
Handle special requests for
occasions, guests, or festive meals
.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Chef / Cook
in a private household, restaurant, or hotel.
Expertise in
vegetarian multi-cuisine cooking
(Indian, Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, etc.).
Knowledge of
nutrition, diet planning, and portion control
.
Strong sense of hygiene, organization, and time management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends/holidays if required.
