We are looking for a talented, experienced, and health-conscious Private Chef to join our household. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in multi-cuisine vegetarian cooking and capable of designing and preparing unique, healthy, and delicious meals tailored to our nutritional needs and preferences.
We are strict vegetarians (no meat, fish, or egg), and the chef must be fully comfortable working within a vegetarian-only kitchen.

Creative salads, smoothie bowls, wholesome snacks
Homemade healthy breads and dips
Mini burgers, wraps, and other innovative light meals
Well-balanced international and Indian vegetarian cuisine
Fresh juices, coolers, mocktails, iced teas for mid-day breaks
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Planning:
Devise a weekly vegetarian meal plan based on our nutritional goals and preferences
Incorporate variety and creativity in dishes - with a focus on health, taste, and presentation
Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with mid-day refreshments
Guest Hospitality:
While guests are not frequent, plan and prepare meals when we entertain
Curate vegetarian menus suited to the occasion and cater to guests' preferences
We do not limit cooking to a fixed number of people - the chef should be comfortable preparing meals for whoever is present at home on a given day, including occasional family members or guests.
Grocery & Inventory Management:
Plan and manage weekly grocery shopping
Maintain full stock of pantry and perishable items at all times
Keep track of expiration dates and ensure the kitchen is always ready for prep
Meal Preparation & Presentation:
Cook all meals fresh daily with an emphasis on flavor, health, and clean plating
Pre-prepare or freeze meals when taking time off, with advance notice of holidays
Kitchen Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Ensure proper storage and organization of ingredients and tools
Respect and uphold vegetarian kitchen protocols
Communication & Coordination:
Communicate any kitchen needs or ingredient requirements in advance
Coordinate with household help if needed
Be open to feedback and flexible in evolving the weekly menu
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a private or professional chef
Expertise in vegetarian, multi-cuisine, health-forward cooking styles
Strong understanding of nutrition, clean eating, and dietary planning
Ability to cook independently and take initiative in food planning
Excellent organization, hygiene, and food presentation skills
