Key Responsibilities
Culinary Operations
Planning and preparing daily meals primarily focused on Indian cuisine
Supporting special dietary needs for pregnancy (as advised by doctors/nutritionists)
Preparing nutritious, light, and well-balanced meals
Menu Planning & Wellness
Creating rotating menus focused on wellness, immunity, digestion, and nourishment
Incorporating Ayurvedic principles where appropriate (seasonal, sattvic, healing foods)
Understanding portion control, oil management, and ingredient quality
Kitchen Management
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
Managing kitchen inventory, sourcing fresh ingredients, and coordinating purchases
Ensuring proper storage and minimal food wastage
Customization & Flexibility
Adapting meals based on preferences, doctor recommendations, and changing dietary needs
Preparing simple meals/snacks/juices as required through the day
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Private Chef
in high-end residences (preferred)
Strong command over Indian home-style and wellness-focused cooking
Basic knowledge of other cuisines (continental / Asian is a plus)
Understanding of pregnancy-safe nutrition (practical, not clinical)
Knowledge of Ayurveda, sattvic cooking, or wellness diets is a strong advantage
