We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for a family of six. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in North Indian cuisine along with proficiency in a variety of international cuisines. The role requires exceptional consistency, hygiene standards, and the ability to plan menus tailored to family preferences and dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family, ensuring variety and freshness.
Design weekly menus incorporating North Indian and international dishes.
Maintain highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
Manage grocery planning, purchasing, and inventory tracking.
Ensure timely meals and adjust to changing family schedules and preferences.
Prepare special dishes for guests, small gatherings, and occasions.
Coordinate with household staff for smooth kitchen and service operations.
Adapt cooking styles to dietary needs, health preferences, and children's requirements.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience as a Private Chef or in luxury households/hotels.
Strong expertise in North Indian cuisine; good versatility in Continental and other international cuisines.
Excellent kitchen management, organization, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and plating aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion at all times.
Calm, patient, and solution-oriented with a service mindset.
Candidate Preference:
Gurgaon or NCR-based candidates highly preferred.
5-10 years of experience in similar roles or premium hospitality establishments.
Professional culinary training is an added advantage.
