About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled

Private Chef

capable of delivering exceptional multi-cuisine dining experiences. Since the principal is present only one month in a year, the chef will also be responsible for ensuring the kitchen and pantry are well-maintained, menus are planned in advance, and everything is ready for the client's arrival. The role may involve

occasional travel

and the flexibility to

relocate to the USA if required

.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily menus tailored to the principal's and family's preferences, dietary needs, and lifestyle. Expertise in

multi-cuisine cooking

including Indian, Continental, Asian, and healthy/modern cuisines. Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and presentation. Source and manage high-quality ingredients, liaising with vendors and ensuring seasonal produce. Provide catering for special occasions, private dinners, and guest entertainment. Manage pantry inventory, grocery stocking, and kitchen equipment upkeep. Travel with the principal when required and adapt menus to different locations. Maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Private Chef / Multi-Cuisine Chef

in private households, luxury hotels, or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines, plating, and dietary adaptations (vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie, etc.). Ability to work independently with creativity, precision, and attention to detail. Flexibility to

travel and relocate abroad (USA)

if required. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of client privacy.
