Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner)
Plan menus in coordination with the client's preferences and dietary needs
Handle grocery planning and ingredient selection
Maintain exceptional kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Travel with the family as and when required
Ensure timely meal service with consistency in taste and presentation
Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage
Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
Cuisine & Skill Requirements
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (North & South Indian preferred)
Ability to prepare Continental / Asian cuisines is an added advantage
Knowledge of dietary requirements (healthy, low-oil, high-protein, etc.)
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Private or Professional Chef
Flexible with travel and working hours
Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency
