Job Summary

Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Banking Executives for its branch operations in West Bengal multiple Branches. The role involves customer service, client relationship management, and assisting in branch operations. Freshers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers at the branch. Support in account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and related banking activities. Provide accurate information about banking services and products. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Maintain records and documentation properly. Achieve assigned service and business targets. Work as part of the branch team to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Required

Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English knowledge will be an added advantage). Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry). Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability. Team-oriented with a target-driven approach.

Eligibility

Minimum: HS Pass (Higher Secondary). Freshers can apply Candidates must be legally eligible to work in India.
