The individual will be responsible to support various transformation projects within PB COO Emerging markets. Drive transformation initiatives through automation, collaboration & partnership with the key stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Review existing KOD pertaining to private banking processes to align content with new KOD framework Engage in discussion with process owners to enhance content of KOD Perform migration of KOD content (in some cases rewriting) from existing template to new template Maintain and track completion status of KOD migration Continuous maintenance of the KODs post migration Perform regular management reporting Ability to influence & communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems Ensure robust change management through great discipline and governance for seamless execution with timely escalations and reporting Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and timely execution. Support various PB EM COO initiatives aimed towards improved efficiencies and enhanced control including the change gatekeeping activities

Your skills and experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in banking industry with knowledge of banking products specific to Wealth Management domain Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of control, processes and risk management in the banking industry, and have strong attention to details Business analysis background is highly valued Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills, must have good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Hands on experience in MS tools, co-pilot etc will be an added advantage Good organizational and time management skills
