What You'll Actually Do

Be the right hand to a global business leader, coordinating with teams and stakeholders in UAE, London, Singapore and beyond Manage calendars, travel plans, and confidential projects with precision Handle email and WhatsApp communication with professionalism, clarity, and speed Assist in presentations, research, and strategic follow-ups for global partnerships Support LinkedIn content, meeting notes, and client coordination with strong execution Maintain a balance of discretion, initiative, and high reliability

What We're Looking For

A 21st-century multitasker with Gen Z sensibilities: sharp, self-aware, and exceptionally resourceful Fluency in English (written and spoken) with a strong command of grammar and tone Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and task management tools. Familiarity with Canva and ChatGPT is a plus Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and equipped with the instincts of a trusted executive partner Bonus if you are interested in business podcasts, global trends, organization tools, or personal development
