Solve complex, non-routine problems and determine the best solution through cost/benefit analysis

Determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments

Work with other teams

Contribute to the achievement of Data Privacy and Governance objectives

Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles

Responsibilities:

Support OneTrust\'s Trust Intelligence Platform, required setup and configurations

Coordinate with privacy project managers, application technical owners, and business owners to ensure implementation of cookie banners, DSAR webforms and workflows

Collect and analyze the project\'s business requirements and translating into accurate and detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents

Administer tool features with the highest level of discretion, sensitivity, and integrity in handling confidential information

Ability to think logically, critically, and constructively about complex problems, clearly communicate findings of analysis, and propose solutions that address user requirements

Effectively communicate through progress reports, user documentation and formal presentations to teams and management across functions and divisions

Participate in cross-functional business and system process improvement

What We\'re Looking For: The role will require technical tool skills to support OneTrust\'s Trust Intelligence Platform and knowledge of API integrations, Python, and metadata management using Agile methodology. The candidate must be able to interact with the Legal and Privacy business partners, SCRUM Master, developers, SME\'s, solution architects and designers.

Primary Skills:

3-5 years of IT experience in application development and support with the following is required: OneTrust Privacy Management (aka OneTrust Trust Intelligence Platform), Cookie Consent (Cookie banner configuration, cookie categorization), Privacy Rights Automation / Data Subject Access Request (Workflows, Webforms), Targeted Data Discovery and API Integration for Privacy Rights Automation

HTML, Java script, CSS languages

Postman

TAG Management tools such as GTM or Adobe

API Development

Experience in the following is preferred: Agile (Scrum) methodology, Data Privacy, Data Governance

Experience in the following is a plus: Data Discovery and Data Governance concepts and technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Engineering is required, or in lieu, a demonstrated equivalence in work experience.

3-5 years of technical experience in API development, html, CSS is required.

Experience in administering any data privacy tools.

Experience in website development and risk management is a plus.

Knowledge of Global regulatory requirements relevant to personal data.

Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust, and scalable architectures and solutions meeting the business and technology goals/strategy of the organization.

Ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements, design business solutions that meet requirements, and perform data analysis.

Experience facilitating functional design and technical design for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions.
