DescriptionTitle: Lead Privacy Analyst
Reports to : Director
Location : BangaloreThe Lead Privacy Analyst will drive compliance across the enterprise with a focus on privacy matters. This role will support global privacy compliance initiatives, including our cross-functional privacy rights process and privacy assessment process. The Analyst will work closely with other members of the Legal Privacy, Marketing & Retail Operations team, as well as cross-functional partners, including members of the Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital, and Marketing, teams.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7Manage OneTrust privacy platform technology, which includes the administration of the platform as a whole as well as specific modules such as (i) data mapping, (ii) privacy rights, (iii) assessments, and (iv) cookie consent management\xc2\xb7Lead privacy rights request process, including managing requests from intake to completion, updating workflows and training new system owners\xc2\xb7Perform privacy assessments, as well as data protection impact assessments when required, on various data-centric initiatives with goal of identifying, analyzing, and minimizing privacy risks\xc2\xb7Manage the privacy e-mail inbox, which includes reviewing customer requests/concerns/queries and determining how to best handle them, e.g., delegating to an appropriate stakeholder\xc2\xb7Create, update, maintain privacy program metrics\xc2\xb7Support publication and dissemination of new and updated privacy policies\xc2\xb7Update and maintain global privacy program process documentation (e.g., Privacy Rights Playbook, Do Not Sell Playbook, etc.)\xc2\xb7Contribute to the development of privacy training materials\xc2\xb7 Collaborate on the continued development and maintenance of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s global privacy program\xc2\xb7Support other global privacy efforts as assigned\xc2\xb7Serve as team leader, assisting functional manager with team communication and organization, coordinating people and deliverables\xc2\xb7Provide training, feedback, and coaching to team membersVS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsQualifications\xc2\xb7Experience leading, mentoring, training a team\xc2\xb7Privacy experience at a large global company is a must\xc2\xb7Experience with OneTrust is a must\xc2\xb72 - 5 years privacy experience, 5 - 8 years of general work experience preferred\xc2\xb7Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners\xc2\xb7Critical thinking, ownership of work\xc2\xb7Team player, willing to collaborate and work closely with team\xc2\xb7Solution-oriented with ability to drive initiatives to completion

• IAPP certification, a plus
• PowerBI experience, a plus
