Pristyn Care - AGM - Operations - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/XLRI
Role : AGM - Operations
Job Location : Sector 59, Gurgaon
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Extensively responsible for transiting smooth Patient life cycle in the system.
- Designing, implementing and executing standard operational procedures to track patient experience.
- Tracking insurance mechanism thoroughly.
- Contribute to error-free and efficient day to day execution by directly taking on, documenting, and continuously improving tools and processes across various teams/categories as needed
- Work cross-functionally to (re)-define, baseline, track and continuously improve our service delivery metrics
- Liasoning with multiple stakeholders to make the process hassle free for the patient.
- Design and implement various techniques to increase the Net promoter score.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- Ability to drive and improve processes
- Ability to break a large problem into tangible pieces
- Strong attention to detail even when under pressure
- Ability to drive projects forward relatively independently
BONUS POINTS :
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Experience with statistical analysis
- Familiar with workforce management tools (preferred, but not required)
