Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Salary: ?1,25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PRISM Developer to support billing system development, customization, and continuous improvement. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance billing accuracy, performance, and automation while ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize PRISM billing modules as per business requirements.

Implement and optimize billing automation, workflows, and data integrations.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve billing errors, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.

Execute data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure billing accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to deliver enhancements and new features.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and version control activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices for billing system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience working with the PRISM Billing System.

Strong understanding of billing architecture, data flows, and system configuration.

Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.

Knowledge of SQL, scripting, and system automation preferred.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to other telecom billing platforms such as Kenan is a plus.

Experience working in telecom or subscription-based service environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?125,000.00 per month
