What You'll Do:
Handle in bound & outbound calls for prior authorization requests
Review patient information & medical documents for accuracy
Coordinate with physicians,
insurance companies & providers for timely approvals Verify insurance coverage & eligibility
Maintain accurate documentation of authorization activities
Meet turnaround, accuracy & quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in prior authorization / healthcare BPO /
voice process Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Knowledge of medical terminologies & insurance processes (preferred)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office & computer applications
