Operate and set up printing presses (e.g., flexographic or gravure) for film printing.
Prepare plates, inks, and substrates for production runs.
Ensure color consistency and print quality.
Perform quality checks and make adjustments during printing.
Maintain accurate printing logs and job sheets.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in printing press operations (packaging film printing is a plus).
Knowledge of inks, plate mounting, registration, and press adjustments.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot print defects.
Basic mechanical & color management skills.
Strong focus on production efficiency and quality.
