Job Title: Printing Executive

Department: Production

Job Summary:

The Printing Executive is responsible for handling all printing and branding activities related to customized corporate and personal gifting products. This includes operating printing machines, preparing artworks, ensuring print accuracy, and maintaining quality standards across various materials such as mugs, t-shirts, pens, bottles, boxes, and other gift items.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain different types of printing and branding machines such as

sublimation, UV printing, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving

, and heat press. Prepare and set up materials and artwork as per order requirements. Ensure proper colour matching, alignment, and finishing quality for each item. Coordinate with the

design and production teams

to ensure accurate logo placement and product customization. Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely order completion. Inspect printed items for quality before packing and dispatch. Maintain stock of printing consumables (inks, films, tapes, etc.) and report shortages. Keep printing equipment clean and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime. Follow company safety and hygiene protocols within the production area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or diploma in Printing Technology or related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience

in product or gift printing operations. Hands-on experience in operating any of the following:

UV printer, sublimation printer, pad printing, laser engraving, or screen printing

. Basic understanding of artwork handling and color calibration. Good attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple orders. Team player with a proactive attitude.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site role at the company's production facility. May require working in shifts based on order volume. Involves handling printing tools, materials, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
