Preferred Industry Background:

We are especially looking for candidates with experience in the

Manufacturing, Printing and Packaging

sectors.

Machine Experience Required:

Hands-on experience with

Heidelberg

,

Mitsubishi

, and/or

Sakurai

printing machines is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receipt of POs, verification of Price, Quantity and Terms and Releasing of Work-Order to the Operations Team.

Follow up with the Production Planner, obtaining and sharing of the Estimated Date of Dispatch (EDD) with the customers and follow up with the Operations Team to meet those.

Product Cost Estimation

First Level Price Negotiation with the Customers

Releasing of NPR to the NDP Team for new product development.

Addressing the technical queries (First Level) raised by the NPD Team on the Artworks and Keylines by discussing with the Customers.

Managing the customers in the case of delay in supplies or short supplies through close coordination with the various operations teams.

Getting involved with the Production Planner and Production Lead to accommodate the various urgencies for product delivery given by the Customers

Dispatch Planning and sending invoices to the customers.

Payment Collection (Follow Up with the Customers for payments, adjustment details)

GST Related Matters (Addressing queries from customers through consultation with the Taxation/Finance Teams)

Managing the initial and in-process communication with customers related to the quality complaints.

Addressing all general queries from the customers

Preparation of various Report as and when requested by the Line Manager/Management.

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
