Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and energetic

Printing Operator

to manage our production floor. The ideal candidate is a "hands-on" individual who can operate multiple types of printing machinery, handle post-processing (cutting/laminating), and perform basic graphic designing when required. You will be responsible for taking a job from the computer screen to the final finished product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

Large Format:

Operate and monitor the

Flex Printing Machine

to ensure high-quality output for banners and signage.

Laser & Cutting:

Run the

Laser Production Machine

and

Cutting Plotter/Machine

for precise cutting of vinyl, acrylic, or paper.

Personalization:

Operate

Sublimation Machines

for printing on mugs, t-shirts, and other gift items.

General Printing:

Manage the

Photocopier

and

Photo Print Machines

for high-volume documents and high-quality photographs.

2. Product Finishing & Fabrication

Seal & Memento:

Manufacture rubber stamps (seals) and assemble/print mementos and trophies.

Lamination & Binding:

Perform hot/cold lamination and use manual cutting tools to finish jobs neatly.

Quality Check:

Ensure all finished products (banners, photos, trophies) meet our quality standards before handing them to the customer.

3. Basic Designing

Create basic simple layouts and make adjustments to customer files using software like

CorelDraw

or

Adobe Photoshop

. Adjust sizes, colors, and fonts to ensure designs are print-ready.

4. Maintenance

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of all machines (cleaning print heads, clearing jams, refilling ink/toner). Keep the workspace organized and safe.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

Prior experience operating Flex, Laser, or Sublimation machines is preferred.

Software Knowledge:

Basic working knowledge of

CorelDraw

and

Photoshop

is preferred.

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to troubleshoot minor machine errors and handle tools safely.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
