Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients/buyers to understand print requirements, artwork, colors, and specifications. Liaise with the design team to develop and finalize print samples (screen print, sublimation, heat transfer, digital print, etc.). Source and manage print vendors, ensuring quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Monitor strike-off/sample approvals and ensure bulk production matches the approved sample. Conduct pre-production meetings with vendors and production teams to finalize print processes. Track production timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time order execution. Inspect quality during sampling and bulk production, ensuring compliance with buyer standards. Maintain accurate reports of print orders, approvals, rejections, timelines, and vendor performance. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (buying, sourcing, QA, and logistics). Stay updated on latest print technologies, inks, and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
