Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Printing Master

to manage the operations of our

digital textile printing unit

. The ideal candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge of digital printing machines, color management, fabric behavior, and process optimization. This role involves overseeing production quality, machine handling, and ensuring timely delivery of printed fabrics while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain

digital printing machines

(e.g., MS, Atexco, Reggiani, or equivalent). Manage the

preparation of fabrics

for printing (pretreatment, steaming, washing, finishing). Ensure correct color calibration, shade matching, and print clarity according to design files. Conduct regular quality checks to minimize defects, wastage, and rejections. Supervise helpers/operators and allocate work for smooth workflow in the printing unit. Troubleshoot machine and print-related issues to avoid production downtime. Collaborate with the design and sampling team to achieve accurate output. Maintain records of daily production, machine usage, and material consumption. Ensure adherence to safety standards, machine maintenance schedules, and SOPs. Train junior staff/operators on machine handling and digital printing techniques.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong technical expertise in

digital textile printing processes

. Hands-on experience with

inkjet printing machines, RIP software, and color profiling

. Knowledge of fabrics (cotton, polyester, blends, silk, etc.) and their printing behavior. Good understanding of

pretreatment, post-treatment, and finishing processes

. Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth workflow. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Strong focus on quality, deadlines, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in

Textile Technology / Printing Technology

(preferred).

10+ years of experience

in digital textile printing operations. Prior experience in managing large-scale production setups will be an advantage.

Salary: No bar for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
