We are looking for a Printing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing machines to produce various printed materials, such as newspapers, magazines, packaging, labels, and promotional materials. This role involves technical expertise in machine operation, quality control, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient production processes.

Printing Machine Operators need to understand the principles of printing technology, including various printing methods (offset, flexographic, digital, etc.), color management, registration, and the functioning of printing equipment. Proficiency in operating printing machinery, including setting up, calibrating, and adjusting the printing press. Understanding of color theory, color matching, and color correction techniques to ensure consistent and accurate colors throughout the printing process. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines while operating printing machinery, handling chemicals, and performing maintenance tasks.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and degreasing to ensure proper welding and adhesion. Fit and assemble metal components, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and modify materials as needed to achieve accurate fitment. Use various welding techniques (such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding) to join metal parts according to design specifications. Ensure that welds are strong, clean, and meet quality standards. Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery, including adjustments of voltage, current, and gas flow to achieve optimal welding conditions. Inspect welds and assemblies visually and using measurement tools to verify their quality and adherence to specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of welding equipment and materials.
