Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Printing Machine Operator

to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining

large format digital printing machines

used for flex, vinyl, and other outdoor media materials.

Key Responsibilities

Operate large format digital printing machines (such as Roland, HP, or Mimaki). Prepare printing files and ensure correct print settings. Load media materials (flex, vinyl, one-way vision, etc.) and ensure proper alignment. Monitor print quality and perform quality checks throughout the print process. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment. Collaborate with the design and production team to ensure timely and accurate output. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area. Troubleshoot basic printing issues and report major problems to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

operating large format digital printing machines. Knowledge of different printing media and machine settings. Ability to handle multiple print jobs efficiently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Basic computer knowledge and understanding of RIP software is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
