Responsibilities & DutiesGraphic Design

Create simple and visually neat designs for

social media posts, corporate communication, invitations, brochures, and basic branding material

. Interpret client requirements and convert them into clear, practical design outputs. Support the team with fresh ideas while keeping the overall brand look consistent.

Print Artwork & Production

Prepare

print-ready files

with correct specifications (bleeds, crop marks, colour profiles, CMYK conversion, high-resolution output). Understand basic printing processes like

offset printing, digital printing,

and how design elements must be adapted for each. Coordinate with vendors for artwork checks, sample approvals, and minor corrections before final printing.

Workflow & Coordination

Work patiently with feedback and make required changes with attention to detail. Manage multiple tasks and deliver designs within given timelines. Maintain organised project files for easy reference and future use.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in basic graphic design. Proficiency in

Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

. Basic understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles. Knowledge of preparing designs specifically for

print production and offset setup

. Responsible, patient, and committed to producing quality work.
