Experience: 3-5 Years
Work Location: Ponneri, Chennai.
1. we are into printing industry.
a. we have to obtain BRCGS, SMETA audit and maintain our ISO 9001 status.
b. He should have worked in printing industry or similar industry where he should have undergone starting from registration to certification process including giving training to our employees and maintaining relevant documentation.
c. Customers / vendors/ certifying bodies site Audit
d. complying to all rules/ guidelines of the audit process
e. He has to face the Audit. offcourse, we will be there to support
2. Recruitment of workers from the nearby vicinity
3. Training the employees
4. All statuary documentation / monthly returns/ filings etc with respect to
a. PF
b. ESI
c. Inspector of factories
d. Pollution control
e. CEIG ( tech team will support)
d. Fire
e. Labour office
5. Employee engagementxe2x80x94xe2x80x8bMotivation/ performance appraisal
6. Attendance/ salary/wages
7. Should be able to communicate in English and Tamil. Spoken Hindi is also preferredxe2x80x8b. Should be a team player
