Qualification : (i) Graduate (Science Stream) / Diploma/B.Tech in Printing Technology Experience: Min 5 Years, (experience in Roto Gravure Printing Industry) Job Location: Narela, Delhi JOB DESCRIPTION : PPC- Planning of Raw Material / Manpower Planning/ Job Planning as per customer\xe2\x80\x99s priority on a daily basis. Coordination \xe2\x80\x93 Smooth coordination with Store/Accounts department to ensure adequate availability of raw material (including cylinder) for production. Raise indent for material requisition when need arises. Smooth coordination with HR department to ensure adequate availability of manpower on shopfloor. Raise indent for manpower requisition when need arises. Smooth coordination with Quality Department to ensure minimum wastage. Meet client deadline: Planning and executing the production cycle in such a way to ensure timely delivery of finished goods without any rejection at client\xe2\x80\x99s space. Keeping track of machine speed required for each particular job and ensure speed should be optimum. To be able to execute the urgent requirement of the client. Shopfloor Management : Supervising the work of subordinates (helper/asst/operator/supervisor). Keeping track of their work progress on a daily basis. Delegating work to respective person responsible in their individual area of work and validating the same. Ensure no employee is idle. Online Printing Quality Checks : Monitoring of quality parameters during entire printing process; doing random QC checks. Identifying quality defects and communicating the same to quality dept. Applying analytical skills (in consultation with quality person) to ensure production does not hinder upon even after quality issues. MIS Report : Maintain/Update necessary data related to Production on a daily basis. Take insights from it for process improvements during the weekly review meeting Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance department and design maintenance plan for all the plant machines & equipment (including cylinder). Scheduling preventive maintenance on a weekly basis /predictive maintenance & breakdown maintenance (when need arises). ISO 9001:2015 : Maintain all documents related to production department as per ISO standards and ensure that production department satisfies all the criteria for an authorized external customer audit; creating internal capabilities for audit clearance Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
