Genesis Photobooks is a premium photo album manufacturing company specializing in high-end wedding and professional photobooks. Our products are known for world-class print quality, fine craftsmanship, and elegant presentation.

We are looking for a

Printing & Color Correction Executive

who can manage both

photo printing and color accuracy

to ensure every album meets luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

digital photo printing machines

(such as Epson, Canon, HP Indigo, or similar). Perform

color correction, tone balancing, and exposure adjustments

for large image batches before printing. Ensure

screen-to-print color accuracy

Work with the design and layout teams to produce print-ready files. Manage daily

machine calibration, print quality checks

, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot color inconsistencies and printing errors. Ensure consistent output quality across different paper types (matte, glossy, metallic, etc.). Collaborate with finishing and binding teams to ensure perfect final results.

Skills & Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in

photo printing and/or color correction.

Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

for photo enhancement and retouching. In-depth understanding of

color theory, and print calibration.

Hands-on experience with

digital printing machines

(photo, inkjet, or offset). Excellent eye for color, detail, and quality. Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining precision.

Preferred Experience:

Worked in a

photo printing lab, album manufacturing company, or photography studio.

Knowledge of

paper types, laminations, and finishing processes.

printer color management tools (e.g., Fiery, Onyx, etc.).
