Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

Die Cutting Operator

to run and maintain our die cutting machines. You will work with printed sheets to cut them into specific shapes and sizes based on job instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate die cutting machines (flatbed, rotary, or automatic die cutting machines) according to job specifications.

o

Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and product layouts to determine cutting requirements.

o

Adjust machine settings (cutting depth, speed, pressure) to ensure precision cutting.

o

Install dies and ensure proper alignment and registration with printed sheets or materials.

o

Perform quality checks on cut products for accuracy, alignment, and defects.

o

Maintain machines by cleaning, lubricating, and conducting minor repairs or adjustments.

o

Troubleshoot issues such as paper jams, misfeeds, or poor cuts.

o

Collaborate with printing, finishing, and packing teams to ensure smooth production flow.

o

Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe condition.
