Job Title: Printer Technician / Computer Support TechnicianJob Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair laser printers, multifunction printers (MFPs), dot matrix printers, and thermal printers. Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and part replacement for various printer models. Troubleshoot hardware issues and identify faulty components. Install and configure printers on networks (USB, Wi-Fi, LAN). Provide basic computer repair and support, including: Operating system troubleshooting Basic hardware upgrades (RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.) Software installation and configuration Maintain service reports and communicate findings to clients or supervisors. Ensure timely completion of service calls and adhere to technical standards.Requirements: Experience repairing different types of printers (laser, thermal, MFP, dot matrix). Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Ability to diagnose problems quickly and offer effective solutions. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Technical course or certification is a plus.Optional (Preferred): Knowledge of networking and printer driver installation. Experience with brands like HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Zebra, etc.
